1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service govern the use of this website and of any application or digital product sold by AngelWorld. By browsing the site, creating an account or completing a purchase, you declare that you have read, understood and agree to the conditions below.

3. What we sell

AngelWorld develops and sells its own digital products: web applications accessed through a browser, info-apps with a members area, and small utilities. All of them are delivered online, with no shipping of physical goods.

Each product has its own page describing what it does, what it does not do, and its exact price. That page prevails over any general description on this site.

4. Account

Some products require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide and for keeping your password confidential. Accounts are personal and non-transferable, and sharing access credentials may result in suspension without refund.

5. Payment

• Prices are stated in Brazilian reais (BRL) and shown before checkout;
• Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not store full card data;
• Subscriptions renew automatically for equal periods until cancelled;
• If a payment fails, access may be suspended until it is regularized;
• Charges appear on your statement as ANGELWORLD.

6. Delivery

Access is released as soon as the payment is confirmed, by email and inside the product. Confirmation is usually immediate for card payments and may take a few minutes for Pix. If access does not arrive within 24 hours, contact us and we resolve it.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our products to break the law, to attack or overload our infrastructure, to resell or sublicense access without written authorization, or to reverse engineer the software. We may suspend access in case of breach, with notice whenever possible.

8. Intellectual property

The software, the interface, the content and the brand belong to AngelWorld. Buying a product grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it, limited to the contracted period. It does not transfer ownership of anything.

Content that you create inside our applications remains yours. You may export or delete it at any time.

9. Availability

We work to keep the applications available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. There may be scheduled maintenance, announced in advance when possible, and unplanned outages. We do not guarantee any specific uptime percentage.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Brazilian law, our liability for losses related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 3 (three) months preceding the event. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or for decisions you take based on the output of our tools.

Nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer under Brazilian law.

11. Cancellation and refunds

The rules for cancelling, the right of withdrawal and the return of amounts are in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

12. Personal data

The processing of personal data follows the Privacy Policy, written in accordance with Brazilian Law No. 13,709/2018 (LGPD).

13. Changes

These Terms may be updated to reflect changes in the products or in the law. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the update date at the top. Material changes to an active subscription are announced by email at least 15 days in advance, and you may cancel before they take effect.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the consumer's domicile are elected to settle disputes, under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
