Privacy Policy

This Policy explains how AngelWorld collects, uses, shares and protects personal data, under Brazilian Law No. 13,709/2018 (LGPD).

1. Who controls your data

2. What we collect

Data you give us

• Name, email and phone when you contact us or create an account;
• Billing data needed to complete a purchase;
• Content you type into our applications.

Data collected automatically

• IP address, device, browser and operating system;
• Pages visited, time on page and traffic source;
• Logs of use inside the applications, for security and debugging.

Payment data

We never see or store your full card number, security code or password. Payments go directly to our payment provider, and we receive only the transaction confirmation and minimal billing data.

3. Why we use it, and under which legal basis

• Delivering the product you bought, performance of contract (art. 7, V);
• Answering support requests, performance of contract (art. 7, V);
• Issuing receipts and meeting tax duties, legal obligation (art. 7, II);
• Keeping the service secure and debugging failures, legitimate interest (art. 7, IX);
• Sending product news, consent (art. 7, I), revocable at any time;
• Defending our rights in proceedings, regular exercise of rights (art. 7, VI).

4. Cookies

We use cookies that are strictly necessary for login and for the site to work, and, when enabled, analytics cookies to understand which pages are used. You can block or delete them in your browser; login-dependent features will stop working.

5. Who we share with

We do not sell personal data. Sharing happens only with service providers needed to run the business: payment provider, hosting and cloud storage, email delivery, and analytics. Also with authorities, when required by law or court order.

6. International transfer

Some providers keep servers outside Brazil. In those cases the transfer follows arts. 33 and following of the LGPD, with contractual safeguards providing equivalent protection.

7. How long we keep data

• Contact without purchase: up to 24 months after the last message;
• Purchase and tax records: 5 years, as required by law;
• Content inside an application: while the account is active, and 30 days after cancellation, then deleted;
• Marketing data: until consent is withdrawn.

8. Security

We use encrypted connections, access control, two-factor authentication on critical tools and periodic permission reviews. No system is fully immune to incidents; in the event of a relevant breach we notify the people affected and the Brazilian Data Protection Authority (ANPD), under art. 48 of the LGPD.

9. Your rights

You may request confirmation that processing exists, access to your data, correction, anonymization, blocking or deletion, portability, information about sharing, and withdrawal of consent. Write to contato@angelworld.site and we answer within 15 days, possibly asking for information to confirm your identity.

10. Minors

Our products are intended for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from children or adolescents; if identified, the data is deleted.

11. Changes

This Policy may be revised. The version in force is the one on this page, with the update date at the top.
